Raising a Concern

If you have a problem concerning your child, please make an appointment to see the class teacher at the earliest opportunity.

If at any time a parent or a member of the local community wishes to raise a concern about some aspect of the school, they should contact the school and make an appointment to see the Headteacher. They will be happy to listen to the nature of the complaint and try to resolve any difficulties.

If your concern is still unresolved, the Education Authority has drawn up a document for complaints procedures. The document is available for inspection in all schools, public libraries and education offices.
